Émile Lahoud praises Rodolphe Haykal as state safeguard

Former President Émile Lahoud said General Rodolphe Haykal has proven that he is the safeguard of the Lebanese state, its institutions, and the essence of its Constitution. He said Haykal does not bow to any internal or external dictates, but acts according to what his national conscience dictates.
