Qatari proposal to de-escalate US-Iran tensions

Israeli Army Radio: A new Qatari proposal has been presented to de-escalate tensions between the United States and Iran, including US cessation of attacks and Iran opening two maritime routes in the Strait of Hormuz for 10 days.
