Peace Council: Cairo talks continue, Hamas will have no role in Gaza

Peace Council: Discussions with mediators in Cairo are continuing and have advanced. At the end of the process, Hamas will have no governmental role in Gaza, neither openly nor behind the scenes, and the technocratic government will retain full authority under the principle of one authority, one law and one weapon.
