Hamas and factions agree to hand over heavy weapons in Gaza

According to a paper announced by Al Mayadeen moments ago, Hamas and the other factions have agreed to hand over all heavy weapons to the special national committee for the Gaza Strip, headed by Ali Shaat. The weapons will be collected through an international monitoring committee and placed at the disposal of the technocratic government mandated by the Council of Peace and the factions.
