Information Branch arrests man over assaults in Halba and Al-Qanbar

The Information Branch arrested a man who had been terrorizing residents in Halba, Akkar, assaulting passersby, insulting and threatening them with a dagger, and forcibly entering homes and damaging their contents. According to the Internal Security Forces, he also broke into a house in the town of Al-Qanbar and assaulted a citizen and his pregnant wife, causing severe bleeding and a miscarriage.
