Geophysical center reports waves from blast in Al-Shqif, Lebanon

The Geophysical Center said ground waves were recorded at dawn today, caused by an enemy explosion in the Al-Shqif area of Lebanon. It said the signals were similar to an earthquake measuring 3.8 magnitude.
