Katz orders army not to cut reservists in Gaza border

Enemy media: Defense Minister Israel Katz says he has instructed the army not to carry out a planned reduction in active-duty reservists serving in civil defense squads in Gaza border communities. He said the IDF had sought to release members of local security teams on all fronts, describing their service as superfluous and costly, and added that no further reduction in forces will be made until further notice in order to preserve residents' sense of security.
