Baalbek sources to Al Jadeed say prisoner file split into two tracks

Sources in Baabda told Al Jadeed that the prisoner file has split into two tracks, the first being the path of international law governing prisoners and the second related to exchanging prisoner lists, which is difficult for Lebanon because it does not have those lists.
