Israeli minister says response if Iran revives nuclear, missile programs

Israeli energy minister said that even if the United States and Iran reach an agreement, Israel would respond if Iran moves to revive its nuclear program or develop its ballistic missile program. He added that Israel is not bound by any agreement that does not fully guarantee its security.
