Syrian intelligence officials held secret talks with Hezbollah in Beirut
Enemy media: Report: Syrian intelligence officials held secret meetings with Hezbollah representatives in Beirut to discuss the group’s future and the possibility of integrating it into Lebanese institutions in return for arrangements concerning its weapons and Syrian guarantees. According to the report, Tehran is pressuring to prevent Damascus from playing a central role in the file of disarming Hezbollah.
