IDF returns three activists who crossed illegally into Syria

Enemy media: The IDF says it returned three settlement activists to Israel after they illegally crossed into Syria overnight in the latest such incident. The trio arrived in the Mount Hermon area and crossed the border, according to the military. Troops dispatched to the scene located the civilians, returned them to Israeli territory, detained them, and handed them over to police for further handling. The activists call themselves the Bashan Pioneers and call for the establishment of settlements in southern Syria. The military says attempts by the activists to cross into Syria have increased in recent months.
