Data show slower ship traffic in the Strait of Hormuz
Reuters data showed a slowdown in ship traffic through the Strait of Hormuz over the weekend. The Jerusalem Post said navigation data show a notable slowdown in vessel movement through the strait, with traffic still far below its usual rate, when it exceeded 130 ships a day before the war, while some ships may have passed untracked. It added that vessel-tracking data from Kpler showed five cargo ships crossed the Strait of Hormuz on Saturday, with no transit recorded on Sunday.
