Netanyahu office says two working groups agreed on Gaza

The office said the first group will address disarmament and the demilitarization of Gaza, and that this must be completed before any reconstruction in Gaza takes place. It added that the second group will focus on sanitation, clean water, and other public health issues for Gaza residents, which also affect Israelis. Reuters quoted a Peace Council official on Gaza as saying that an understanding was reached with Netanyahu on a path forward, while a Peace Council official told Al Jazeera that the Israelis will give the roadmap a chance and that the matter now rests with Hamas.
