Iranian parliament speaker responds to Iraqi tweet on Gulf naming

Iranian parliament speaker, in response to a tweet by the Iraqi parliament speaker about the naming of the Gulf, said that the depth of ties between the two countries is rooted in history, geography and beliefs linked to the greatness of the Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them, but that what brought Tehran and Baghdad closer was their shared rejection of foreign capitals determining the fate of their peoples.
