Man detained in fraud and theft case, photo circulated

The Internal Security Forces, Information Branch, said it arrested B. S., born in 1985 and Lebanese, on 20-8-2026 on charges of theft and fraud. It said he carried out several thefts in a fraudulent manner by asking jewelry stores to send jewelry through delivery workers, then telling them he would go inside to get the money before leaving through another door in the building where he chose to carry out his operation. The force added that his crimes included stealing jewelry and mobile phones, and that, بناءً on the order of the competent judiciary, his photo is being circulated, with anyone who was a victim of his acts and recognized him asked to contact the Beirut Information Branch at 705127-01 to take the necessary legal measures.
