US Embassy in Jerusalem warns of escalation and flight cancellations

🔴 The US Embassy in Jerusalem warned US citizens in Israel, the occupied territories and the Middle East of an unexpected escalation, as well as possible flight cancellations, airspace closures and travel disruptions. The United States also renewed its warning to citizens in Israel, Jordan and the Gulf states, urging caution and preparedness for a sudden escalation, flight disruptions and cancelled flights. Sources said the US Embassy in Jerusalem sent emails to all US citizens residing in Israel, while the US Embassy in Qatar urged Americans to leave the Middle East and the US Embassy in Amman warned of escalation in the region.
