U.S. attack targets wedding in Sirik, southern Iran

The Iranian Red Crescent in Hormozgan said two people were killed and 20 were injured in a U.S. airstrike targeting a wedding ceremony in an area of Sirik. Other sources said the preliminary toll reached two dead and 50 injured, while Mehr News Agency said the attack hit the wedding ceremony at Kuhestak Port in Sirik County, and Iranian television reported at least four dead and 35 people with serious injuries.
