Chinese oil tankers cross Bab-el-Mandeb after Houthi permission

Two giant oil tankers owned by a Chinese company, loaded with Saudi crude oil, crossed the Bab-el-Mandeb Strait after reports indicated they received permission from the Houthis in Yemen. One of the ships attempted to cross yesterday but turned back; today, it resumed its passage after obtaining approval.
