Press leaks touch on south, electricity, prisoners and deposits

Today’s press leaks included information on growing dissatisfaction in the Shiite environment over the situation in the south, and on assigning the health minister to visit the Baalbek citadel and its warehouses to confirm that there are no tunnels beneath it.
