Occupation forces impose tight siege on Anata and Shuafat Camp

🔴 Urgent: Occupation forces have imposed a tight siege since dawn on the town of Anata and Shuafat Camp, northeast of Jerusalem, disrupting schools, closing shops and severely paralyzing daily life for around 80,000 residents. Jerusalem Governorate said around 100 people have been arrested since the campaign began, while raids and field interrogations continue. The mayor of Anata in Jerusalem told Al Jazeera that occupation forces carried out field interrogations and arrested around 100 people. The 67-year-old Isa Isa was also arrested during the ongoing raid on Anata. Local sources said occupation forces raided the home of Jerusalem resident Nasser al-Rifai during the incursion into Anata, while large forces entered Shuafat Camp moments ago, continued to fully besiege the area, brought in reinforcements and searched a large number of homes.
