Dermer denies Netanyahu call with UAE leader before October 7
Enemy media: Former Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer said at the MEAD Conference in Washington, in response to a question about an alleged call between Benjamin Netanyahu and the UAE president before October 7, that no such call took place. He said that if it had happened, he would have known, as he had been tasked with expanding the Abraham Accords and strengthening the partnership with the UAE. Dermer added that in all conversations between Netanyahu and Mohammed bin Zayed he was either briefed on the details or on the line, stressing that this call did not happen, that he does not think any call took place at all, and calling the story fabricated.
