Israeli military says operative killed in airstrike in northern Gaza

Enemy media: The Israeli military says an operative was killed in an airstrike on a building in the northern Gaza Strip overnight, while Palestinian media said four members of a family, including two children, were killed in the attack. The IDF said the building near the Yellow Line in the Beit Lahia area had been used in the past by terror operatives, and that it issued a warning before carrying out the strike to allow civilians to evacuate the structure. It added that the strike was launched only after the warning, with additional steps taken to reduce the risk to uninvolved civilians, including the use of precise munitions and aerial surveillance. The army said the strike killed Muaman Abd al-Rahman Ahmad, whom it described as a military operative who took a direct part in fighting against IDF troops.
