Israeli military says it killed Islamic Jihad member in Khan Younis
Enemy media: The Israeli military says it killed Tareq Anwar Khamis Ra'i, whom it identified as a company commander in Islamic Jihad's supply unit, in a strike on Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip on Sunday. The army said Ra'i took part in the October 7, 2023 attack on Kibbutz Be'eri and in the abduction of an Israeli civilian, without identifying the hostage. It added that Ra'i had recently been advancing attacks on troops and civilians, and said he was targeted to remove a threat despite the ceasefire.
