Kiryat Shmona says Israeli strikes inside Lebanon expected soon

The spokesperson for the Kiryat Shmona municipality said the explosions heard in the area are caused by strikes carried out by the Israeli army inside Lebanon as part of a planned military activity, and said they are expected to continue over the coming hours. He added that gunfire from machine guns is expected in the next few minutes, and that there is no change yet in home front instructions. Israeli media also said the Israeli army informed residents in the north of its intention to launch attacks in Lebanon that would cause explosions.
