Aoun says no new talks with Israel are underway
President Joseph Aoun in Nabatieh said there are no new negotiations with Israel at the moment, and that withdrawal, the return of prisoners and displaced people, and reconstruction are national constants that Lebanon pledges to implement. He said his visit to Nabatieh with the heads of security agencies and the Lebanese army commander was to tell people they stand with them and to discuss securing all services needed for them to remain there and feel safe.
